Vehicle usage conditions
No smoking in the vehicle
Fine for non-compliance €35
Special cleaning
If the vehicle is returned in excessively dirty condition €35.
Fuel
The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level; otherwise, a refueling and handling charge will apply. Refueling with the wrong fuel will incur a penalty of €300.
Fines, breakdowns and accidents
The customer will be responsible for any fines or penalties incurred during the rental period. A €30 administrative fee will be applied per transaction.

– Reckless driving
– Illegal transportation or illicit activities.
Leaving Spain is not allowed.
Leaving the national territory is not permitted.
In case of breakdown or accident
The customer should contact the company immediately.
